The Age Wise Alliance Australia
The Age Wise Alliance Australia was created by founding directors Jacqueline Yanik and Penny Arnold with a clear purpose: to provide a safe, trusted community for all Australians to access support and guidance as they navigate the complex and multi‑faceted stages of life.
Best described as an alliance, we bring together a collective of diverse, trusted local experts and seasoned professionals, accessible through one central online community. Our approach empowers individuals to engage with ageing proactively—at any age—while preserving dignity, supporting informed choice, and enhancing quality of life.
At the heart of The Age Wise Alliance Australia is a commitment to people first.
We collaborate with organisations and professionals who lead with integrity, compassion, and expertise, supporting individuals, families, and carers to confidently create a life path that is right for them.
Founding Director
Jacqueline Yanik
With more than twenty‑six years as a registered nurse across diverse roles in acute care and the aged care sector, Jacqueline founded her aged care consultancy as a natural progression of her career. This enables her to support a broader range of individuals and families within the community who require higher‑level care, guiding them through the transition into residential aged care with compassion, kindness, expertise, and confidence.
Dedicated to supporting outstanding care providers, community service organisations, and businesses that lead with the heart, the Alliance was created to bring exceptional community service providers together. It provides a collaborative platform that empowers people to make informed choices at different stages of life.
